What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard and more).

What is your Return Policy?

  • We have made the highest quality case for you to enjoy and we are confident that you will love your case. In the event, a return is needed, below is our policy.

  • Return must be made within 21 days of the original purchase shipping date, product(s) must be unused and in original product packaging. Email customer service at help@icu-designs.com with your order number and reason stating why you need to return or exchange.

  • Pre-paid return labels are emailed to you with a $3.99 fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Returns take 3-5 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

Promotion and Discounts for ICU Designs

  • You may use one promotion code per order. Once you enter your promotion code at checkout, your savings will be applied to your order. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to previous orders.

I received an error message when I checked out. What should I do? / What does "Invalid transaction error" or "Something wrong with your credit card, please call card center for help: Transaction Not Allowed" mean?

  • If an error message occurs, this may be because:
    •The debit card cannot be used for this type of payment
    •Your bank has rejected the transaction due to suspicions of fraud
    •The card is not activated for international transactions
    Please use another card to resolve the problem. If the issue still persists, kindly contact your bank for assistance.

When I proceed to checkout, it says “A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed.” What should I do?

  • Please make sure all information entered is 100% correct and there are no spelling mistakes. Please also avoid short forms of City, and do not include the State information within the City input box. If the details are right but still the payment cannot be made, please contact us and we will get back to you shortly.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

  • If you have received an order confirmation email from us, your order was placed successfully! AWESOME! After your order is fulfilled, you will then receive a tracking number from us.

I did not receive an order confirmation but the funds were deducted from my account?

  • We recommend you check your SPAM or TRASH folders to be sure the email is not hidden. If you are unable to locate the confirmation, most often this occurs when the email address was entered incorrectly during check out, or perhaps an alternate address was used in error?

  • We are happy to verify the order for you. Please send us an email at help@icu-designs.com.

What shipping methods do you use?

  • All orders placed before 3 pm PST will ship out the same day. Any orders placed after 3 pm PST will ship on the next business day. Any orders placed after 3 pm PST on a Friday will ship out the following Monday. We ship all orders from Los Angeles, California. Domestic orders ship with USPS First Class Mail (1-5 business days). At this time, we only ship within the United States of America.

  • Please note that we do not ship to a P.O. Box.

  • Please note that since COVID-19, your order may encounter shipping delays from USPS. If your package does not arrive on the estimated delivery date, we kindly ask that you please wait 2-3 days for it to arrive via USPS before contacting us at help@icu-designs.com for assistance to file a claim on your order. ICU Designs cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

  • Please note that you will first receive an email with your order and then a separate email with your tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. In some instances, carrier's tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

  • If you entered the wrong address on your order, contact our Customer Service Team at help@icu-designs.com as soon as possible.

  • All new orders are automatically process to our fulfillment center as soon as they are submitted. Because of how quickly this happens, we are typically unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been processed. The package will ship to the address provided when submitted.

  • ** Please note that additional shipping charges may be applied to reship the order to a corrected address.**

I did not receive my order. What can I do?

  • Please email Customer Support at help@icu-designs.com about your order. Please provide order number with your email inquiry.

How do I keep my ICU Designs case looking its best?

  • To clean the mirror, please use a clean soft cloth. For all of our cases and charms, we recommend using a damp cloth and no harsh chemicals. Mild soap and water should do the trick.

What is your case made out of and where?

  • Our cases made from Thermoplastic Polyurethane and Polycarbonate, a material that is durable and malleable, so they’re easy to fit, and offers high protection. Our Eco cases are made out of Wood Wheat Fiber With PLA. To keep your case for a long period of time, please be mindful to protect your phone and case from excessive amounts of heat, UV light, and chemicals. We do make our cases in China and have designed them in Los Angeles. We have developed a very transparent relationship with our manufacturer. This manufacturer believes and stands with quality over quantity and has the same ethical standards and values that we hold dear.

Help, Please! How do I remove my case from my phone?

  • All of our cases are designed to fit snugly and properly on your device.

  • We recommend holding the device securely in one hand with the camera facing towards you. Gently use your thumb to push through the camera hole, while pulling the case off around the edges of the phone in the opposite direction.

Do ICU Designs cases work with wireless charging?

  • Our cases are compatible with wireless charging.

Do PopSockets or Rings stick to ICU Designs Cases?

  • PopSockets and Rings should not be used with an ICU Designs Mirror cases because it would cover the majority of the mirror and the adhesive can damage the mirror over time. However, you can use PopSockets or Rings on our eco friendly cases.
